As President of Maureen Quigley & Associates Inc., Maureen enjoyed a very rewarding 33-year career as an independent strategy and governance consultant in the Canadian health sector including serving as an educator and thought leader on leading practices in not-for-profit governance. She has also been retained by and served on several national and provincial Expert Panels in the health sector and is a certified corporate Director.
Since retiring from her consulting practice in 2019, Maureen has remained actively engaged as a Board director building on over 30 years as a director of 13 Boards and Chair of three Boards in the not-for-profit and broader public sector including health care, education and a national health charity. From 2014-2022, she served as a Public Member on the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada Board of Directors including as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee.
