Agnes Bongers is senior communications leader with extensive experience in health care environments, providing strategic communications advice with a focus on strategy, engagement, risk management, and storytelling. Her teams have won national awards, utilizing new and innovative communications to fit the unique needs of hospitals and their communities.
Agnes was a journalist for 25 years prior in print/digital media, many of those years with the Hamilton Spectator working as an editor and reporter. She covered most every beat through the years, including health care, social services and feature writing. She holds a Master of Communications Management with McMaster University.
